PARENT PROMISE

for PARISHIONERS of ST. EDWARD CHURCH

As a parent of a child or children in St. Edward School, I recognize my responsibility to assist in the faith development and the educational efforts put forth by St. Edward Church and School. Because of my deep concern for a Catholic education at St. Edward’s, I pledge myself to support the Church and school in the following ways:

1. I am a registered member of the church and I have already completed and submitted my stewardship sign up form in September.

2. I will attend Mass at St. Edward Church with my child(ren) on a regular weekly basis.

3. I will be a weekly contributor to St. Edward Church. This means I will use my church envelope as a way of sharing my gifts with the Lord.

4. I will be an active volunteer in the organizations and events of the school and Church. Please list what you will volunteer for:

I understand that these four requirements are absolutely necessary to receive the active parishioner tuition rate. Failure to participate in any one of the above will mean the following year I will no longer qualify for the active parishioner tuition rate.

active parishioner tuition rate for the following school year.

It is required each year you wish to enroll your child(ren).
