Application
to place a fundraising event on the parish/school calendar
After
July, 2006 in order to have a fundraising event placed on the parish/school calendar
each organization must submit this application to the Finance Council for each
fundraising event. Please allow two
weeks for this application to be approved.
Please do not make any fundraising plans/purchases before you receive
approval.
This
policy is a result of one of the parish goals for 2006/2007 “to
coordinate fundraising activities.” This procedure will assist in spacing out
fundraising activity so that we do not have more than one events going on at
one time. With the growing number of
fundraising activities they need to be managed.
Approval
will be given on a first come, first served basis. Your fundraiser will never be denied but a
different date may be suggested if it conflicts with something else already
scheduled. On the back of this form you
will see the present fundraising calendar for the parish/school. This may help you in choosing “the right
time” for your event.
