Services
The mission of the St. Edward Bereavement
Committee is to serve the needs of parishioners who experience the death of a
loved one.
They
wish to offer the following services to parishioners:

assistance
with preparing the Mass of Christian Burial or Memorial Mass
-
provide food preparation.
-
provide
house sitting
-
provide home care for children, the elderly, and the handicapped.

assistance with reception, serving and cleaning up.
When the church office receives word of the
death of a parishioner and after a contact person for the family is identified,
if desired, a member of the Bereavement Committee will contact her/him.
The services listed on the opposite page will
be offered and arrangements will be made.
PLEASE allow the committee members to assist
you with the details surrounding the visitation, funeral, burial and
reception.
There is no charge for these services. They are provided by parishioners for
parishioners to assist you at this difficult time.
